Oracle HCM Transformation Lead - Senior Manager UK Wide (Hybrid)We are supporting a leading consulting organisation in their search for an experienced Oracle HCM Transformation Lead to drive large-scale HR transformation programmes across a diverse client portfolio.This is a leadership role where you will take ownership of end-to-end HCM workstreams, combining deep functional HR knowledge with strong Oracle Fusion HCM expertise.
