Your new role We''re supporting a major Oracle HCM transformation programme for a leading UK infrastructure organisation. As part of a wider Oracle HCM SaaS implementation, we''re looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to help deliver key technical components across several new HCM modules, including Compensation, Benefits and HR Help Desk.Working closely with the in-house team and Systems Integrator partner, you''ll play a crucial role in the design, development and deployment of integrations, data migration activities and technical solutions that support the successful rollout of Oracle HCM.Key responsibilities Develop and support Oracle HCM integrations and technical solutionsDesign and build HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reportsDeliver data migration activities using HSDLCreate and maintain inbound and outbound API integrationsConfigure Oracle HCM personalisations and security rolesSupport testing, deployment and go-live activitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partnersRequired ExperienceStrong Oracle HCM Cloud technical expertiseExperience developing integrations using Oracle APIsHCM ExtractsBI Publisher (BIP)HSDL Data LoadsOracle HCM PersonalisationsPL/SQLOracle Security Roles and Access ManagementPrevious experience supporting large-scale Oracle HCM implementationIf you''re an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with a strong background in integrations, data migration and technical delivery, we''d love ..... full job details .....
