Overview
Harris Global are currently on the lookout for an Oracle HCM Support Analyst to join our client on a permanent basis. Candidates must have strong working knowledge of Oracle HCM. You’ll be the go-to for keeping Oracle Fusion HCM modules running smoothly, from troubleshooting technical issues to managing quarterly Oracle releases, taking ownership of maintaining the platform that supports a workforce of 50,000.Base pay range

Support Core HR, Absence Management and Payroll modules including UK payroll processes.Develop, maintain and optimise approval workflows and reporting solutions.Manage system configuration, security roles and release/change controls.Troubleshoot issues, raise and resolve Oracle service requests and minimise disruption to business operations.Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new functionality and process improvements.Lead impact assessments and regression testing for quarterly Oracle releases.Drive continuous improvement in system efficiency, stability and user experience.Must have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management.Proven track record supporting UK payrolls and working with workflow configuration.Confident using Oracle tools such as OTBI, APEX, BI Publisher plus strong SQL/PL skills.Experience integrating payroll with third party time and attendance systems.Analytical problem solver with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business users.Oracle certifications (HCM/BI) and ITIL V4 are highly desirable.Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management.Proven experience with UK payrolls and workflow configuration.Proficiency with Oracle tools (OTBI, APEX, BI Publisher) and SQL/PL skills.Analytical problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users.Oracle certifications (HCM/BI) and ITIL V4 are desirable.Seniority level
