Rather than simply resolving support tickets, the consultant will work closely with departments such as Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management and HR Operations to ensure Oracle HCM is configured and used effectively. 1 The successful candidate will help stakeholders articulate their requirements, challenge assumptions, assess whether Oracle functionality can meet business needs, and guide the organisation towards best practice solutions.
