Oracle HCM Functional Consultant/Business Transformation Consultant We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM consultant who can act as the link between HR, business stakeholders and the Oracle delivery team. This role is focused on understanding business challenges, identifying gaps between what users need and what the system currently delivers, and driving practical solutions. Rather than simply resolving support tickets, the consultant will work closely with departments such as Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management and HR Operations to ensure Oracle HCM is configured and used effectively. 1 The successful candidate will help stakeholders articulate their requirements, challenge assumptions, assess whether Oracle functionality can meet business needs, and guide the organisation towards best practice solutions. They will provide oversight across multiple workstreams, improve user adoption, support governance and security discussions, and help upskill internal teams that have received limited knowledge transfer from the original implementation partner. 1 A strong candidate is likely to have: Several years of Oracle HCM functional consulting experience. Broad knowledge across multiple HCM modules, particularly Recruitment, Learning, Performance and Core HR. Experience working directly with HR leaders and business stakeholders.
