What You''ll Do:As a key player in the HRIS team, you''ll be the go-to expert for Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and design. You''ll work closely with global HR teams-Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and more-to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient HR solutions. Your Mission:Support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, ORC, and more.Troubleshoot, configure, and optimize systems to meet evolving business needs.Lead testing for quarterly releases and ensure seamless user adoption.Build reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics.Develop integrations and HCM Extracts using fast formulas.Leverage AI tools to automate and elevate HR processes.
