Oracle HCM Developer - Central Government

I am recruiting for an Oracle HCM Software Developer to work on a hybrid basis - 3 days in Bristol, 2 days remote.The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.Candidates MUST have worked within central government in the last 12 months.I am looking for a technical Payroll Software Developer with demonstrable Oracle HCM Payroll experience. The role requires a strong understanding of Oracle payroll processing, payroll runbooks, retrospective payroll calculations/processes, payroll tables and associated development activities.Candidates must have experience developing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, SQL and PLSQL.You will have experience of working in a corporate services or shared services environment.You will be expected to understand some or all the following functionality - Fast Formula, Elements, HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL/AD), OTBI/BI, SQL/PLSQL and OIC.If you match the above requirements and have worked within central government in the last 12 months please apply ASAP. ..... full job details .....
