Oracle HCM Compensation andamp; Benefits Consultant - £600 per day (umbrella rate)Contract Duration: 6-12 monthsLocation: Remote Onsite: London/Manchester (key meetings)Must be a UK National with a minimum of 5 years'' residency in the UKAtrium (EMEA) are supporting a large managed service provider seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation andamp; Benefits Consultant to support a major HR transformation programme, covering all aspects of HR best practice, including performance management, workforce capability, and skills development.Essential Requirements:- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Compensation andamp; Benefits- Expertise in configuring salary structures, incentive programmes, and compensation cycles- Experience with Workforce Compensation Plans, Total Compensation Statements, and eligibility profiles- Advanced knowledge of Fast Formulas for complex compensation calculations- Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher- Strong understanding of integrations with Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management- Experience working on HR transformation and Oracle HCM implementation projectsDesirable:- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and third-party system integrations- Oracle HCM certificationThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale transformation programme and help drive modern HR practices through innovative Oracle HCM solutions. ..... full job details .....
