Oracle Fusion HCM Systems AnalystPermanent, mainly remote, occasional on-site£(phone number removed) An established organisation is looking for a Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll Analyst to join its Business Systems team supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion HR systems environment.This role will focus on the ongoing support, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules, while also supporting quarterly releases, testing cycles, and system enhancements.You ll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and support partners to ensure the platform continues to operate effectively and evolves with business requirements.Key Responsibilities Provide support for Oracle Fusion HCM and PayrollSupport quarterly Oracle release reviews, testing, and deploymentsMaintain and configure Oracle Fusion modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruit, Learn, Time and Absence, and RemunerationAssist with issue resolution and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain testing documentation and release plansSupport integrations and system data flowsDeliver guidance and training to HR and Payroll usersManage incidents and updates through ServiceNow Experience Required 3+ years experience within an Oracle support environmentStrong Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll functional support experienceExperience supporting quarterly Oracle release cyclesBackground in customer support and incident managementStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work ..... full job details .....
