Required Technical Skills and Knowledge Strong hands-on experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Payroll data migration activities. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data structures, effective-dated data and dependencies between key migration objects. Practical experience preparing and loading data using Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL); HSDL experience is beneficial. Ability to interpret HDL load errors, diagnose root causes and independently resolve or coordinate fixes.
