Salary: £30,000 - £50,000Location: London, Manchester or GlasgowWorking model: HybridEmployment type: PermanentA well-known global consulting, technology, and digital transformation organisation is looking to hire Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants to join its growing HR Transformation practice.This role is suited to Oracle Fusion HCM professionals who are developing their consulting career and have experience supporting HR transformation, Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion delivery, business analysis, process analysis and functional design activity.You will work as part of a wider delivery team, supporting large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for complex client organisations.Key responsibilities:Support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and delivery activityAssist with business analysis, process analysis and requirements gatheringSupport functional design and solution design for HR functionsContribute to full end-to-end implementation life cycle activityWork with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support delivery outcomesContribute to data-led problem solving across HR transformation programmesKey experience required:Foundational Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge, ideally gained through implementation or delivery projectsExperience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion delivery activityExposure to business analysis, process analysis or requirements gatheringExposure to functional design documentation or configuration supportExperience working as part of a project or ..... full job details .....
