Oracle fusion financials ERP lead

Our client, a prominent entity in the IT sector, is currently seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials ERP Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is central to a large-scale, global finance transformation programme. Key Responsibilities: Establishing and leading the global programme team, including defining resource requirements across participating entities. Implementing governance, controls, and reporting structures at both global and local levels. Leading global solution design and development, driving convergence of finance processes and systems across diverse entity landscapes. Overseeing local configuration and implementation across all entities, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the global design. Developing and managing the integrated global programme plan, budget, benefits realisation, and key dependencies. Partnering with Directors across Technology, Finance, Transformation, and other key functions to deliver the change. Ensuring the Oracle configuration represents a genuine global standard while managing complexity arising from different system landscapes and operating models. Job Requirements: Proven experience in delivering large-scale, global technology transformation programmes. Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials ERP systems. Exceptional programme management skills, including budget management and problem-solving.
