About the Role:As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with Oracle candidates, primarily via phone, and matching them to high-quality opportunities across our client base. You’ll play a key part in our Oracle recruitment delivery function and become a specialist in this high-demand niche.
Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing and RecruitmentProactively source and engage top-tier Oracle talent via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databasesScreen candidates and assess suitability in collaboration with our Oracle Business Development ConsultantMaintain and grow a strong pipeline of qualified Oracle professionalsUnderstand client requirements to deliver best-fit candidates
Striving for QualityDeliver a first-class candidate experience, ensuring clear and professional communication at every stepArrange interviews and handle updates in a timely and professional mannerRepresent
Apps IT
with a focus on high-quality service and standards

Key Requirements:Strong and confident
telephone and written communication
skillsPrior recruitment experience (IT or Oracle) is useful but
not essentialFamiliarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRMs – Bullhorn experience is a plus), although full training will be given.Organised, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated to build a career in a high-demand technical fieldOffice-based 3–4 days per week
