Oracle Cloud Recruit and Talent Support

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Recruit and Talent Support Specialist to provide functional support and ongoing improvements across Oracle Cloud HCM Recruitment and/or Talent modules. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud environments, resolving functional issues, reviewing Oracle Cloud updates, and delivering configuration and change activities. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud Recruit and/or Talent. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve functional issues. Review and assess the impact of Oracle Cloud quarterly updates. Support testing and validation of Oracle updates. Deliver configuration changes and functional enhancements. Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions. Support issue resolution and continuous improvement across the relevant HCM modules. Document changes, solutions and support activities where required. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. Practical experience with Oracle Recruiting and/or Oracle Talent. Experience providing Oracle HCM functional support. Experience troubleshooting and resolving Oracle HCM issues. Experience reviewing and supporting Oracle Cloud updates/quarterly releases. Experience delivering configuration changes and enhancements. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes within Recruiting and/or Talent. Good stakeholder ..... full job details .....
