Responsibilities
Based in the managed service, oversee support of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Work on projects within Oracle Cloud as part of our Managed Services Practice.
Manage tickets within the managed service and resolve networking issues in OCI (e.g., IPSec VPNs, routing, security groups, and IAM-related tasks).
QualificationsRequired:
OCI Architect Associate 2023 certification (1Z0-1072-23)
OCI support, including user management, IAM policies, and AD SSO integrations
Experience with IPSec VPNs, network routing, and security group issues in OCI
CloudGuard experience and alert resolution
DevOps skills, particularly Terraform scripting
Basic Linux administrative skills (training provided for less experienced candidates)
Desirable:
Oracle Linux Certification and ITIL Foundation
Advanced DevOps skills (Terraform for full infrastructure builds, Ansible for Linux configurations)
FastConnect configuration experience
Oracle Database knowledge (basic experience with TNS connections and database links)
Experience with JD Edwards, E-Business Suite, or Oracle Integration Cloud
