Job Location - Glasgow and Edinburgh - UKPosition Overview The Client is seeking an Oracle Cloud HR Helpdesk Consultant for its Shared Services Program. The consultant will play a critical role in supporting the live HR, ERP, and EPM modules, which launched in October 2024 and serve over 20,000 users. Mandatory Requirementsandnbsp;Experience delivering HR Helpdesk solutions, including working with agents, capturing requirements, building and configuring the solution, testing, and deploying. Key Responsibilities Provide support for the live Shared Services Program systems. Implement enhancements to the current system. Manage monthly and quarterly Oracle upgrades.
