Oracle C2M/CCandamp;B Functional Consultant - UK - 6 months - £510/day - Exeter (3 days onsite) We are seeking an experienced Oracle C2M/CCandamp;B Functional Consultant to support delivery and ongoing enhancement of solutions for a UK-based utilities client. The role involves working across project delivery and support, contributing to functional design, stakeholder engagement, and testing within an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver project workstreams and production support activities within Oracle Utilities platforms Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional guidance Make informed functional design decisions aligned to client needs and platform capabilities Support and execute system and user acceptance testing (UAT) Collaborate within Agile teams, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives Analyse and troubleshoot functional issues across C2M/CCandamp;B/MDM environments Ensure alignment between business processes and system configurations Document functional specifications and solution designs Support integration efforts between C2M, CCandamp;B, and MDM systems Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery and support processes Must-Have Experience Strong functional experience with Oracle Utilities C2M, CCandamp;B, and/or MDM Knowledge of key functional areas: customer service, billing, payments, and meter data management Understanding of Oracle Utilities Integration (OUI) ..... full job details .....
