This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance with complex building safety legislation, managing a growing team, and driving operational excellence across enforcement, dangerous structures, and regulatory processes. You will play a pivotal role in protecting public safety, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the Council''s strategic objectives in relation to building safety and performance.
