Optometrist Job Summary: An exciting opportunity for an Optometrist to join a fully private, independent practice that prioritises high-quality patient care above all else. This role offers a 4-day working week with extended appointment times, access to advanced clinical technology, and the support of a close-knit, experienced team. The practice environment is relaxed and patient-focused, allowing you to deliver thorough and personalised eye care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations with 45-minute testing times Manage and monitor a range of ocular conditions, including Dry Eye and AMD Utilise advanced equipment such as OCT, Optomap, and Valeda technology Provide tailored patient advice and recommendations Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Work collaboratively within double clinics to ensure efficient patient flow Team Development: Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team Contribute to a positive and friendly working environment Share clinical knowledge and best practices Support continuous improvement in patient care standards About You: Qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care Strong clinical decision-making skills Comfortable working with advanced diagnostic technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team player who thrives in a relaxed, patient-focused environment Well-being Services: 4-day working week promoting work-life balance 20 days holiday ..... full job details .....
