The role will involve carrying out eye examinations, screening patients, and supporting the wider team while maintaining high clinical and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations Deliver high-quality patient care and clinical advice Support extended NHS and minor eye condition services Maintain accurate patient records and departmental standards Work closely with the Optical Manager and wider team Help support and improve customer experience Contribute towards the development of new patient services Team Development: You will play an active role in coaching and supporting the wider optical team while benefiting from ongoing professional development opportunities.
