Zest Optical are supporting an advanced optical practice in Richmond, London, which is looking for an Optical Store Manager to lead the store and the team.

The practice has had a strong run recently, and the focus now is on keeping that momentum going. It''s a store that sets the standard on design, technology and product range, and it needs a manager who wants to build on that rather than simply maintain it.

The Role

• Optical Store Manager role within an advanced, premium practice in Richmond
• Build on the success the store has already achieved
• Oversee day-to-day operations and processes
• Real autonomy to bring your own ideas and drive the business forward
• Develop the team through recruitment and training, so service consistently reflects the brand''s values
• Work closely with the senior management team on brand awareness, including marketing and PR events

• A successful track record in an optical setting
