We are currently recruiting for a Practice Manager to join a busy and successful optical practice near Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who is commercially minded, passionate about leading teams and ready to take ownership of a thriving business. The Role As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring high standards of customer care, operational excellence and commercial performance. You will be leading a team of 25-30 staff, driving key performance indicators, conducting regular one-to-ones, supporting staff development and creating a positive, high-performing culture.
