As Optical Manager, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver excellent patient and customer care. You''ll oversee the day-to-day operation of the department, support your team and work closely with the Optometrist to maintain high clinical and customer service standards. The business operates a fixed-price approach, meaning customers receive straightforward pricing without the pressure of up-selling or additional costs for features such as thinner lenses or anti-scratch treatments. You''ll also benefit from strong support from wider clinical and management teams, including regular business updates, performance feedback and ongoing professional support. About You You''ll be responsible for overseeing the entire optical operation, including managing and supporting Optometrists and Optical Assistants, ensuring compliance processes are followed and helping the department achieve its targets.
