Optical Manager Rota Week 1: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 Week 2: Monday - Saturday, with Wednesday off, 09:00 - 18:00 Your Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a Qualified Dispensing Optician to join a busy and fast-paced optical department as an Optical Manager. As Optical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality clinical care. The role offers a customer-focused environment with a straightforward pricing structure, allowing customers to access the right optical solution without unnecessary additional costs. You will receive support from wider business teams, including clinical support and Area Managers, who will work alongside you to help you get the most out of your role. You will also receive regular business updates and performance feedback. About You As Optical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operation of the optical department.
