Assist customers with frame and lens selection for prescription eyewearHandle enquiries via phone, email, and live chatOffer expert advice on prescription lenses, product features, and stylingSupport order tracking, aftercare, and customer issue resolutionWork closely with in-house teams including the optical lab and fulfilmentQualifications

Proven experience as an Optical AssistantStrong product knowledge across prescription lenses and designer eyewearExcellent communication and multitasking skillsConfident using IT systems in a customer service settingCalm, professional, and proactive attitudeBenefits
