Previous experience within an opticians is essential. The Role You ll play an important part in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer, with responsibilities including: Meeting and greeting customers and providing excellent customer service Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks Providing a smooth and friendly handover to the Optometrist Dispensing glasses and assisting with frame and lens choices Carrying out frame repairs, adjustments and lens changes Supporting the team with general administration duties What s on offer?
