This is a very different environment from a large high-street multiple. Patient care is genuinely at the forefront, with a predominantly private patient base, a more personal approach to dispensing and the opportunity to build genuine relationships with patients. The Opportunity The practice is looking to replace an experienced team member who is relocating and would ideally like someone who can become a long-term part of the team. You''ll be joining a small team, including an Optometrist and experienced Optical Assistants. With just one testing room, it has a personal, relaxed feel where everyone works closely together and plays an important part in the patient journey. The patient base is predominantly private, with a smaller amount of NHS work, and tends to be an older demographic where taking the time to understand individual needs and provide the right advice is particularly important.
