Welcoming patients and ensuring a first-class customer experienceAssisting with frame selection and providing style adviceHandling appointments, bookings, and general reception dutiesSupporting Optometrists and the wider team with pre-screening and clinical support where neededExplaining lens options, coatings, and pricing in a clear and supportive wayMaintaining accurate patient records and ensuring smooth store operationsAbout You

Previous experience as an Optical Assistant is essentialStrong customer service and communication skillsConfident in using practice management systems and handling admin dutiesA proactive, team-focused approach with a genuine passion for opticsReliable, organised, and ready to support a brand-new practice as it growsWhat’s On Offer
