An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Factory Operative to join an established manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and can contribute effectively within a production environment. Full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Sanding, rubbing, and masking painted products and componentsPreparing stencils and jigs for production activitiesApplying markings and identification details to productsUsing a variety of hand tools safely and effectivelyFollowing quality standards, procedures, and work instructionsMaintaining compliance with health and safety requirementsCarrying out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised workplaceReporting maintenance, safety, or quality concerns where appropriateAssisting with general factory and production tasks as requiredCompleting work to agreed production schedules and targetsCommunicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departmentsBeneficial Skills / Qualifications:Reliable and dependable approach to workGood attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks accuratelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsPositive and proactive attitudeAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPhysically fit and capable of carrying out manual dutiesFlexible approach with a willingness to support different areas of the factoryPrevious experience working within a manufacturing or production ..... full job details .....
