Overtime x 1.5 for evening and Saturday shifts; x 2 for Sunday shifts. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5pm (9.5-hour days). Overtime flexibility is required to work evenings and weekends, when needed. Purpose Performing a variety of tasks on-site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Able to prioritise tasks, and take responsibility for their own tooling, maintenance, and safety procedures. Task Management: Effectively manage and complete multiple tasks on-site, ensuring all are completed within specified timeframes and to the required standards. Prioritise tasks based on urgency and workload, ensuring that all duties are carried out efficiently as per Team Leader instructions. Risk Assessments & Safety: Assist in completing daily risk assessments, ensuring that all risks are identified and mitigated appropriately.
