Operative

We''re looking for an Operative to join our Anglian Water Alliance team based in Northampton. Location: Great Billing, NorthamptonHours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. In this role, you''ll be working on our Anglian Water Alliance, participating within a team working on schemes including maintenance of existing assets, pressure management, district metering and large and complex mains repairs. This is a hands-on position where you''ll take personal responsibility for health and safety performance, quality of work, and meeting productivity targets whilst dealing with customers in a professional manner at all times. What will you be responsible for? As an Operative, you''ll be working within the Anglian Water Alliance team, supporting them in delivering essential water services. Your day to day will include: Taking personal responsibility for health and safety performance, overall quality of work and meeting productivity targets Working and excavating on the highway with a focus on small scale civils and reinstatement Dealing with customers in a professional manner at all times Communicating with the team leader and colleagues, updating them on progress Promoting wellbeing within your team and ensuring an inclusive workplace What are we looking for?
