We''re looking for Operatives to join our Anglian Water Alliance team based in Norwich and Ipswich Location: Norwich and IpswichHours: 45 hours per week We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. Join our Anglian Water Alliance team and play a vital role in maintaining and improving water infrastructure across the region. You''ll work collaboratively on diverse schemes including maintenance of existing assets, pressure management, district metering, and complex mains repairs. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to develop your skills whilst contributing to essential services that support local communities. What will you be responsible for? As an Operative, you''ll be working within the Anglian Water Alliance team, supporting them in delivering high-quality water infrastructure projects. Your day to day will include: Taking personal responsibility for health and safety performance and quality of work Working on maintenance of existing assets, pressure management and district metering Carrying out large and complex mains repairs Communicating effectively with team leaders and colleagues on project progress Engaging professionally with customers and ensuring excellent service delivery What are we looking for?
