Operative

Operative, Cockermouth, £13.07 per hour.Our client a well established global manufacturing company is recruiting for Operatives to join them on a temporary basis for a period of around 6 months.Working 8.00am- 16.00pm Monday-Thursday and 8.00am- 13.00pm each Friday.Duties: Supporting operators with daily tasks and processesReviewing and following job order paperworkCutting rubber to specified lengthsWeighing materials accuratelyLabelling products and preparing them for storageStoring items correctly on designated shelvesMaintaining a clean and organised storage area at all timesEnsuring rubber materials, shelves, and storage boxes are kept clean and tidyUpdating and maintaining a spreadsheet with rubber stock and weightsExperience/Requirements:Previous manufacturing or production experience requiredComputer literate with basic IT skillsAbility to work effectively both as part of a team and independentlyPositive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethicInterested?
