Operations Technician Full-Time Permanent Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 (dependent on experience) Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Operations Technician to join our clients team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideally suited to someone with knowledge of Quality Management Systems, experience within the medical device sector, and a positive, flexible approach to work.Role Overview The Operations Technician will support production and operational activities while ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), GMP principles, and health and safety standards. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, strong teamwork, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with equipment setup and changeovers prior to job executionOperate production equipment safely and effectivelyFollow approved operating procedures and GMP principles at all timesAccurately complete GMP and production documentationClean and maintain equipment in line with work instructionsMaintain a clean, safe, and organised work areaContribute to waste management and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain quality metrics as directed by the functional leadAttend team meetings and participate in cross-functional activities when requiredComplete all required training and stay current with individual training plansDemonstrate flexibility, good timekeeping, and a positive team ..... full job details .....
