If you''re an experienced operator within a heavy industrial setting, preferably with steam raising plant, or a Navy leaver looking to build on their watchkeeping experience, please submit your CV today to apply.Responsibilities and duties of the Shift Team Leader role Reporting to the Shift Team Leader you will: Safely and efficiently operate the Energy from Waste facility in line with operational proceduresMonitor and control plant operations from the central control room using computer-based control systemsCarry out routine plant inspections, operational checks and testing to ensure equipment is operating correctlyMonitor plant performance and identify any issues or abnormalities, escalating where requiredMonitor CCTV and site security systems as part of the safe and secure operation of the facilityRecord, analyse and report operational data accurately throughout the shiftRaise work requests and report plant defects or maintenance requirements when identifiedSupport emergency response procedures and follow operational instructions during incidentsMonitor consumables and residue levels to help maintain continuous plant operationComplete accurate shift logs and detailed handovers to ensure effective communication between ..... full job details .....
