This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping production running smoothly, troubleshooting issues quickly, and supporting colleagues to deliver reliable output. Job Responsibilities Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently. Carry out routine checks, inspections, and maintenance activities to keep equipment operating to specification. Diagnose faults and carry out first-line troubleshooting on production plant and associated systems. Assist with planned maintenance schedules and help coordinate downtime to minimise disruption. Monitor process performance and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and throughput. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and any corrective actions taken. Follow health and safety procedures and ensure safe working practices are adhered to at all times. Work closely with the wider team to support smooth handovers between shifts and departments.
