We are looking for motivated and reliable Operations Team Members to join our state-of-the-art Central Logistics Centre in Birmingham.
This is a multi-skilled warehouse role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring healthcare and pharmaceutical products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Working within a highly automated environment, you'll support the delivery of essential medicines and healthcare products to customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders using warehouse management systems and automated technology.
- Load and unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment.
- Receive, store and move stock within the warehouse while maintaining product quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process stock movements.
- Ensure stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment where trained and authorised.
- Support warehouse productivity targets and KPIs.
- Identify and report operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Essential Skills & Experience

- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems.
- Knowledge of automated warehouse technologies.
- FLT, Reach Truck, Counterbalance or PPT licences, preferably.
- Understanding of inventory control and stock management processes.
