Operations Team Leader Location: Leicestershire (Office Based, Monday-Friday) Contract: Temporary, 2 Months Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate We are exclusively supporting a well-established organisation in the search for an experienced Operations Team Leader to join their team on an immediate basis. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a confident and resilient people manager who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You will lead a team of approximately eight employees, providing clear direction, driving accountability and ensuring high levels of performance and customer service. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing a variety of personalities, addressing performance issues where required, and creating a positive, collaborative team culture.
