Operations System Administrator

Overview

This fixed term contract role runs until February 2026. Shifts will include 6:30am starts, 10:30pm finishes and some weekends. This is a 40 hours per week position at one of the UK’s largest outdoor retailers. You will join the Cotswold Outdoor Group, with brands including Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need, and Snow + Rock, to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, while promoting sustainability.Responsibilities

Managing inbound bookings, updates, and issue resolutionAllocating and tracking operational tasks in our Warehouse Management SystemInvestigating, resolving, and escalating operational issuesMaintaining accurate system records at the end of each dayCoordinating with customer service to meet ecommerce deadlinesProviding operational data, reports, and administrative supportConfiguring, testing, and enhancing warehouse systemsDriving process improvements and supporting warehouse and transport operationsQualifications

You have experience in operational or administrative support (e-commerce preferred)You’re confident using data, reports, and warehouse management systems (Manhattan ideal)You’re skilled with Microsoft OfficeYou stay organised, proactive, and adaptable to shifting prioritiesYou communicate well, work collaboratively, and solve problems effectivelyYou’re flexible with varied shifts, including some weekendsWhat’s in it for you?
