Operations Support Team Member

Our client has an opportunity for an Operations Support Team Member to join them on a contract basis until October 2026. You will be responsible for the control of cutting tool stock levels and regrind processes.

Role: Operations Support Team Member
Location: Broughton, Flintshire. Fully onsite
Hours: 35 per week
Hourly Rate: -25.73 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
Clearance: BPSS required to start

What you''ll be doing:

• Control and manage cutting tool stock levels and regrind processes
• Control and manage consumables & chemical & stock levels.
• Manage all calibrated tooling ensuring compliance.
• Acting as an interface between calibration & operations.
• Raising Purchase orders for all tooling and maintenance requirements
• Lineside support for production enabling blockers & support.
• Liaising with facilities, maintenance dept to ensure adherence to agreed SLA''s and delivery requirements and enable new requests
• Support CAPEX, Rate Ramp Up, and facility improvement projects.
• Lead involvement scheme projects.
• Support with EHS topics.

• Experience within a manufacturing environment with tooling experience
