Operations Support Manager (SC Cleared)

Operations Support Manager 6 months Up to 3 Days per week on site in Bristol£650 per day (Umbrella/Inside IR35)*Please note - Due to the nature of the role and the client, the selected candidate must have ACTIVE SC Clearance*The most ideal candidate will also have MOD Experience - Support the development and implementation of the operational strategy for the project. - Assist in ensuring alignment with Defence Lines of Development (DLODs) to meet operational requirements. - Contribute to the preparation of the SOC, OBCs, FBCs, focusing on operational aspects. - Support the development and refinement of User Requirements Documents (URDs) to reflect operational needs. - Assist in translating operational requirements into technical specifications and deliverables. - Coordinate with stakeholders, including Front-Line Commands (FLCs), to ensure operational needs are met. - Support the planning and execution of operational trials, testing, and evaluation activities. - Monitor and report on the progress of operational deliverables and milestones. - Assist in identifying and managing operational risks and developing mitigation strategies. - Contribute to the development of training plans for operational personnel. - Support the development of transition plans for the capability into service. - Assist in ensuring compliance with MOD policies, including JSPs and the Defence Acquisition Framework (DAF). - Help ensure the capability meets safety, environmental, and security standards ..... full job details .....
