We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Operations Support Co-ordinator to join our team in Scunthorpe on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the role reviewed at the end of the period and the potential to become permanent for the right person.This is a part-time role ( hours per week), ideally 10:00am 2:00pm Monday to Friday, although some flexibility can be offered.Key Responsibilities Booking accommodation for operators working on contractsOrdering materials for ongoing projects and contractsRaising purchase orders (POs)Taking minutes during meetings and distributing notes where requiredProviding general administrative support to the operations teamAssisting with day-to-day office coordination tasks Requirements Previous experience in an administrative or office support roleGood organisational and communication skillsStrong attention to detailConfident using computers and standard office softwareAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities Desirable (but not essential) Experience using Sage accounting software What We Offer Competitive payFlexible working hours within the part-time structureOpportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate If you are a reliable and organised administrator looking for a flexible part-time opportunity within a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.Apply now to join our team in Scunthorpe. ..... full job details .....
