Operations Supervisor Required - Weston-super-Mare - Full TimeSalary: From £36,000Hours:Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern (6:00am-2:00pm / 1:00pm-9:00pm)Our client is a well-established passenger transport operator, providing safe, reliable and professional transport services across the South West.On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an Operations Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of transport operations. This is a varied, hands-on position where you''ll play a key role in ensuring services run safely and efficiently while supporting drivers, coordinating operational activity and responding to the demands of a busy transport environment.Operations Supervisor - Responsibilities:Support the daily operation of transport services, ensuring services are delivered safely and efficientlyCoordinate drivers, vehicle movements and operational resources to maintain service continuityMonitor live operational issues including delays, road disruptions, breakdowns and vehicle changeovers, responding promptly to minimise disruptionMaintain accurate operational records, including driver hours, attendance, mileage and compliance documentationInvestigate incidents, prepare reports and escalate operational or safety concerns where requiredLiaise with drivers, customers, contractors and internal teams, providing operational and administrative support as neededSupervise the cleaning team and maintain day-to-day operational standardsParticipate in the ..... full job details .....
