Operations Supervisor

The Role
We''re looking for an operations supervisor-to oversee day-to-day workshop operations. You''ll lead and support a team of operatives, keep the site running efficiently and safely, and plan and supervise maintenance and repair schedules. You''ll also liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout.

What We''re Looking For

• Some experience in a supervisory, team-lead, or management role
• Background in maintenance, repair, or general engineering-
• Comfortable dealing with customers or clients, with a practical, problem-solving approach
• Able to organise and prioritise day-to-day tasks in a busy environment
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
• Solid communication skills, with colleagues and external contacts alike
• Certifications or qualifications in engineering or a related trade are a plus, not a requirement
• Any experience in industrial, manufacturing, or processing environments is useful but not necessary
