On offer is a new and autonomous role where you will work directly under the Operations Manager, develop your skillset and have the opportunity to supervise a team and contribute to the depot''s overall success.

The company have over 200 employees and pride themselves of supporting and developing their staff. They supply frozen and ambient products to catering businesses across the UK and have a strong name for themselves due to their high quality and efficient service.

The role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the site, stepping in across warehouse, drivers and trade counter when required, ensuring KPI and compliance standards are met, maintaining site safety and organisation, and completing operational administration.

The role would suit someone from an Operations, Warehouse, Logistics or Transport background looking to step into a supervisory role and further develop and progress their career.

The Role:
*Supporting the daily running of the site and assisting the Operations Manager
*Providing cover across warehouse, drivers and trade counter as needed
*Ensuring KPIs, compliance and site standards are consistently met
