Supervise, assess, and coach teams and subcontractors to ensure on-site work is completed to required standards, safely, and on schedule.Promote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, ensuring compliance with Avove’s systems and policies.Allocate resources, manage deliverables within budget, and maintain strong communication with clients and teams throughout project stages.Visit sites regularly, address unexpected challenges, escalate risks, and ensure all contractual and quality requirements are met.Oversee supply chain partners, authorise procurement and plant hire, and maintain accurate records of resources and training.Support ongoing training, maintain compliance, and contribute to cost management, final accounts, and customer experience excellence.About you…

Proven experience in site management and overseeing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong track record of managing Profit and Loss responsibilitiesExcellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making skillsDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach delivery teamsBackground in managing civil engineering projectsRelevant site supervision certification (SSSTS) and a full, valid driving licenceWhat’s in it for you…
