This is a key leadership role within our warehouse operation, where you will have ownership of shift performance, leading and developing our front-line teams to achieve operational targets. Working closely with Area Supervisors, warehouse colleagues, transport partners and wider stakeholders, you will play an important role in driving safety, service, productivity and continuous improvement across the operation. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse or logistics leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, making decisions, solving problems and supporting teams to perform at their best.
