      <description>Location: City | Salary: 24.45-24.45 Hourly | Type: Permanent | New opportunity as an Operations Service Manager within the Business Service Organisation. The successful candidate will be based with the ITS Cloud Team. This is a temporary role, initially for 6 months. The working hours are 37.5 hours a week with an hourly rate of £24.45. The role will be based at James House, Belfast. The postholder will manage the daily operations of the organisation''s cloud systems, making sure they are reliable, secure, and running efficiently. Key duties include monitoring performance, solving technical issues, and finding ways to improve how services are delivered. The role involves working closely with different teams to ensure cloud services meet business goals and customer needs. The postholder will also help drive improvements, increase efficiency, and support the growth of the organisation.
