We are seeking a dynamic Operations professional to lead our treasury products, trading, and settlements function at this London-based international bank. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee a small, skilled team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, compliance, and efficiency in treasury activities.Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations for treasury products, including trading execution, settlements, and reconciliations.Lead a compact team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FCA, PRA, and international standards).Optimize operational processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.Collaborate with front and middle office teams to support trading strategies and product innovation.Monitor and mitigate operational risks, ensuring robust controls and reporting.Drive continuous improvement in systems and workflows to support scalability.Requirements
