Operations Scheduler

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for an Operations Scheduler to join our client based in Chesterfield.

Description

To ensure production and delivery runs smoothly by scheduling stock, planning production and communication between internal departments

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping track of inventory, placing orders and coordinating with suppliers
• Completing cycle counts inline with Company procedures
• Planning and scheduling production both Tapered and Single Ply
• Processing orders
• Liaising with production regarding labour resources in line with customer demand
• Collecting and providing production figures
• Working closely with Warehouse & Operations to aid on time deliveries
• Maintaining a rolling production plan
• Inputting daily product onto JDE
• Ensuring materials are ordered within supplier lead times to meet production requirements
• Dealing with invoice queries
• Oversee the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Communication and liaising between internal departments

Job Title: Operation Scheduler

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: Up to -35,000 DOE
